Alieu Jobarteh, holds a Bachelor’s Degree  from the prestigious University of the Gambia. He got a BA in Development Studies( Magna Cum Laude). 

Alieu is a leader per excellence and was a student leader at the University of the Gambia who has served in various capacities during his time as a student. 

Among many of his student leaderships roles, he had served as an Assistant Information and Communications Officer and also as an Auditor General of the Social Sciences and Humanities Students Association. 

He has garnered experience by working with one of the country’s most vibrant civil society organizations called Beakanyang,

Also, he worked with National Assembly of the Gambia as a NAM Assistant. He also worked with 1Bena as a Social Media and Advertising intern and also worked with DelAgua Health The Gambia as an Assistant Distribution Coordinator.
